Can I customize any product?
Yes. Every gift we make can be personalised: colours, names, photos, messages, sizes and what goes inside. If you do not see exactly what you want, tell us and we will make it.
How do I place a custom order?
Fill in the custom order form with your idea, pictures and budget, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with ideas, a price and a delivery date before we start.
How early should I order?
Please order 3 to 7 days ahead for most gifts. Bulk, wedding and event orders need more time. We confirm your date on WhatsApp before making anything.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes. We make return gifts, guest hampers and corporate gifts in bulk. Share your quantity, budget per piece and event date through the return gifts page or on WhatsApp for a quote.
Can I add a personal message, letter or photo?
Yes. You can add names, a message card, a long personalised letter or your photos to most gifts. You will see the options on each product and in the hamper builder.
How will my gift be packed and delivered?
Every order is packed in gift-ready packaging. Depending on where you are, we deliver it ourselves or send it by courier, and we confirm the method when you order.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. Every gift is made by hand in Hyderabad and shipped by courier to cities across India. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and we will confirm delivery and any charges.
Can I order from outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Most of our customers order online from other cities. Choose a gift or send us your idea, and we will make it in Hyderabad and send it by courier to the person you are gifting.
Do you deliver fresh flowers and fruit platters everywhere?
Perishables such as fresh flowers and fruit platters depend on the city, so we confirm each one on WhatsApp before you pay. Pipe cleaner bouquets, keychains, letters, keepsakes and most hampers travel well by courier.
Do you make Telugu invitation videos and reels?
Yes. We make Telugu wedding, half saree and housewarming invitation videos, and reels from ₹1,500 per video. Send your details on WhatsApp and we share the video there, wherever you live.
How do payment, changes and cancellations work?
Payment details are shared and confirmed when we confirm your order on WhatsApp. Changes are free until we start making your gift. Because every piece is made to order, cancellations after making has started are discussed case by case.
How does garland or bouquet preservation work?
Hand over or courier your fresh flowers to us within 24 to 48 hours of your event. You choose a design, such as a resin keepsake or a frame, and we preserve them and return your finished keepsake.
